Here is the very begninnings of the page detailing the Occupy Wall Street wind power project.
This project has several design parameters
1. All (or as many as possible) of the materials must be readily available worldwide and will hopefully be post-consumer recyclables.
2. There will be a variety of designs based off of geographic needs.
3. All products will be distributed for free and will be open-source.
4. All funding will be crowd-sourced.
